These terms govern purchases through the Tatreez store at tatreez.ae and should be read with the shipping, returns, personalization and privacy policies published on the site. Please review them before ordering and keep your confirmation.
Orders and submitted information
You may purchase without creating an account. The person ordering must have the capacity or authorization to do so and provide accurate contact and delivery details and personalization material they are entitled to use. Submitting an order creates a tracking reference; it does not by itself confirm successful payment. Payment status, availability and personalization details are reviewed before fulfilment begins.
Prices and payment
The store currency is the UAE dirham. Review the product price, personalization extras, discount, delivery charges and total before proceeding to payment. We do not impose undisclosed additional charges after order confirmation without your agreement. Any applicable tax or fee must be disclosed in the price and total information before purchase is completed.
Only payment methods actually available during checkout are used. If you are redirected to a payment provider, its procedures govern processing and payment is recognized after success is confirmed. If payment fails, contact us before retrying to avoid duplicate orders, and do not send card details or verification codes to customer support.
Availability and information errors
If a material pricing or description error occurs, or a product cannot be supplied, we explain the issue and options before fulfilment. We do not substitute a product or charge more without your agreement. If you do not accept the solution or we cannot fulfil the order, the affected part is cancelled and the amounts paid are refunded under the refund policy.
Personalization and rights
The customer reviews the name, size and entered details, and we fulfil the approved specifications. An illustrative preview or screen-display variation does not remove responsibility for delivering a product matching its description and agreed details. Please do not submit designs or images that infringe others' rights.
Complaints, updates and applicable law
Transactions are subject to applicable UAE rules, and mandatory consumer rights remain protected. These terms do not waive rights relating to defects, non-conformity or delays that give rise to statutory remedies. The terms in force when an order is completed apply to it; later updates are not used to reduce existing order rights retrospectively. Complaints can be submitted through our contact details or the competent authority.
