Delivery areas and charges
Delivery is available to addresses accepted by the store with a rate shown during order calculation. The rates below reflect the shipping settings when this page was updated. A city- or area-specific rate applies to the matching address. Review the final charge before paying and contact us if you notice a discrepancy.
- United Arab Emirates — Dubai: AED 1.00.
Preparation followed by transit
- Ready-made, non-personalized products: preparation in 2–3 business days.
- Embroidered or made-to-order products: preparation in 5–10 business days after payment and required specifications are confirmed.
- Transit within the UAE after handover to the carrier: 1–3 business days.
- Estimated total within the UAE: 3–6 business days for ready-made items and 6–13 for personalized items, after order confirmation is complete.
- Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
These are estimates, not a guarantee of arrival for a particular event. For large or special orders, or delivery outside the UAE where available, timing and costs must be agreed before order confirmation. We inform you of material changes and agree an appropriate solution. Describing a timeframe as estimated does not remove your rights if we fail to meet an agreed deadline.
Address, tracking and unsuccessful delivery
Provide a complete address and a reachable phone number. You may request an address correction before dispatch; changes may not be possible after carrier handover. If redelivery is required because of an incorrect address or non-receipt, we explain the actual cost and obtain your agreement before arranging it. You do not pay redelivery charges caused by an error by the store or carrier.
If an order exceeds the published or agreed timeframe, or arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us with the order number. We investigate and address replacement, re-fulfilment or refund as appropriate to the issue and your applicable rights; contacting the carrier is not your only route to a remedy.
