Size and product care guide
Last updated:
Choosing the right size
Use the measurements on the product page rather than age or size labels alone; cuts may vary between designs. No single chart applies to every product in the store. If measurements are insufficient, ask for clarification before purchasing, especially for personalized items.
- Use a flexible measuring tape without pulling it tight.
- When garment measurements are provided, compare them with a suitable item laid flat.
- Distinguish body circumference from garment width and check the measurement unit.
- Provide the requested measurements as taken and clarify anything unclear before approving production.
Caring for fabric and embroidery
The care label or instructions for the specific product take priority. Do not assume every fabric or accessory can be washed the same way. If instructions are unclear, contact us before washing or applying heat.
- Avoid pulling stitches or rubbing embroidery against rough surfaces.
- When washing is allowed by the care label, follow its method and temperature and separate colors appropriately.
- Do not use bleach, tumble drying or direct ironing on embroidery unless the item's instructions permit it.
- Let the item dry fully before storing it in a clean, dry place.
- If a stitching or embroidery defect appears, photograph it and contact us before attempting a repair.
These are general guidelines and are not used to deny a valid claim for a defective product. Product instructions, condition and the cause of the issue guide the assessment.
